Nomination Pathway
Lynx Syndicates

Lynx Syndicates recognises that many families prefer not to enter the traditional housing-list system. To honour dignity, privacy, and community agency, the programme includes a formal Nomination Pathway allowing members of the public, businesses, and organisations to put forward a family who would benefit from our Bespoke Social Housing Programme.

  • Strong community networks create lasting change.
  • Support reaches the right people at the right time.
  • Empowering families builds confident future generations.
  • Together, we create sustainable opportunities for growth.

How Nominations Strengthen the Movement

The nomination route reflects our belief that housing justice begins within communities.

Champion Housing Justice

Champion housing justice at a local level by identifying families ready for stability and growth.

Support Without Advocates

Support families who may not have advocates within formal housing systems.

Build Stable Neighbourhoods

Help build communities defined by stability, respect, and shared progress.

Community Responsibility

Participate in a model built on collective responsibility and long-term social impact.

Dignified Design

Strengthen a model that replaces crisis-driven housing with intentional, dignified design.

Trust & Cohesion

Create stronger bonds between families, local networks, and the wider community.

Purpose of the
Nomination Pathway

The nomination route exists to empower communities to identify families who demonstrate commitment, stability, and readiness for long-term housing security.

It provides an alternative to the traditional housing-list process for those who prefer a discreet, community-supported route — ensuring homes strengthen neighbourhood cohesion and shared prosperity.

Who Can Nominate

A Collective Step Toward Housing Justice

• Individuals who know a family personally and believe they are ready for long-term stability.

• Local businesses and employers supporting families connected to their workforce or community.

• Community groups, faith organisations, and service providers recognising a family's commitment to growth.
